Sassy Cheryl Challenge, My First Tole Painting Project and Fun With The Camera

Helloooooooo glorious sunshine oh how I love you!!!!!! Oh, hello, yes I love you too, thanks so much for stopping by! I have had my hand into so many fun things this past week there just hasn't been enough hours in the day. I love fun things.
First up there is a new challenge on over at the Sassy Cheryl Challenge Blog  http://sassycherylschallenge.blogspot.ca/  Punches and or Dies.
 My card once again uses one of my favorite pre-colored images and my punches are the border and flowers. This card will be a Birthday card for a special girl who is turning 10 next week.



Next up is my newest hobby, Tole Painting, and this little beauty is my first project that I finished last night. It is a wooden box that I will use to hold all my brushes.
 
And lastly, I have been playing around with a new camera and a new editing program, so yesterday being the 8th snowstorm of the season I decided to enjoy some selfies after the storm passed and it was just, pretty out. That's all for today folks, have a great day!

    Hi Cheryl, love your blog header. Those springy colors sure have had to help warm you on that snowy winter day. Darling card, I love it. That tole painting is incredible too.     WOW! you are one busy gal! Your card is sweet as can be! Beautiful in and out! She is going to love getting this treasure!
    I love to tole paint haven't done it in awhile.. your first project turned out perfect. How fun to have this on your work table to admire..

    Hey Cheryl, I love your card that has always been one of my favorite images. Your tole painting is awesome. I used to tole paint all the time until I found the cards to color. You have inspired me to get back into it.
